Our online booking system is available for booking phone, video and face to face consults. Registered patients can also book via our online patient portal, Manage My Health. You can also call or email our receptionist to make an appointment for a consultation.
If you request a video consult, we will email you a link to our virtual waiting room ahead of your appointment.
We reserve a number of appointments each day for patients who become unwell and need urgent review. If you need to be reviewed urgently and you do not see an available appointment, please ring our receptionist.
General Booking Information:
New Patients who are enrolling with our practice should phone our receptionist to book their first appointment with us. We allow 30 minutes for this first appointment, and it is not possible to book this length of appointment online.
If you have booked your appointment online you can also cancel it online, up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, please phone our receptionist. We ask that you give us at least two hours notice as this allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who wish to be seen.
Please note that appointments are for 15 minutes, which includes completion of paperwork and referrals. If you have several items you wish to discuss or you predict you will need longer than this, please book a double appointment (additional fees will apply).
Video consultations are undertaken via the website Doxy.me. A link to enter the virtual waiting room will be sent to you ahead of your appointment if you have annotated this when you book online, or if you have advised our receptionist The Google Chrome browser appears to provide the best platform for a video consultation. If you wish to have a video consultation but have not received a link to the virtual waiting room, please phone reception.
