Resources to Help You Manage COVID-19 at Home
For most people, and especially for those who are vaccinated, COVID-19 infection will cause mild cold-like symptoms. The vast majority of those who contract COVID-19 can safely isolate at home and successfully manage their symptoms with paracetamol, hydration and rest. A small number of patients will become more unwell, so it is important to know what to look out for and when to get in touch with a health professional. Self management is now the default standard of care, however we are here to help - if you have worsening or severe symptoms at any point, please call our clinic on (09) 630 6981. After hours you can call for assistance on 0800 687 647. Click on this link to take you to our detailed COVID-19 Resource page, which includes information about managing illness in adults + children, and contact details for welfare services.
