Yes, the MyIndici patient portal is considered safe and secure, using enryption (SSL technology) and local data storage standards comparable with internet banking. Your data is protected during transfer, and is hosted securely in New Zealand. As with other forms of confidential information, please keep your login details and password private. MyIndici will also integrate with the security features on your phone, giving you the option to use face detection or fingerprint scanning to log in instead of entering a username and password.
