On Wednesday 18th August, Auckland entered Alert Level 4. We remain open for business at all Alert Levels, however for the safety of our patients and staff, and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the way we provide care will be different.
Appointments and Booking:
During Alert Level 4 we will aim to undertake video and phone consultations wherever possible
Video + Phone consultations can be booked now via our online booking system
Please annotate whether a video or phone consult is your preference
If you have an urgent health concern which requires a face-to-face consultation + examination, we will be able to provide this. You need to phone our receptionist to book an appointment for a face-to-face consult
Prior to a face-to-face consult we will speak with you over the phone to assess where best to see you, and we will wear full personal protective gear. For face-to-face consults please bring your phone, wear a mask, wait in your car or the carpark on arrival, and phone our reception to advise of your location.
If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID, you need to have a swab. We provide free COVID swabs to enrolled and non-enrolled patients.
You can book an appointment for a swab via our online booking system (please select an appointment on the COVID Swab Appointment template)
We have additional swabbing appointments available offline, so if you are unable to reserve a swab appointment online, please phone our receptionist.
